sees the whole person. This requires understanding the relationship between internal physical health, spiritual health, and external environmental factors. Rea lnatural health utilizes the wisdom of traditional healing philosophies mostly overlooked by modern medical institutions that focus on technological and chemical solutions that conflict with nature. While natural and traditional health practices may appear outmoded, they have thousands of years of application and safety, and their effects are typically gentle and long-lasting if applied correctly.

Rather than standard diagnosis and treatment, Realnatural Healthtm therapy seeks to provide functional explanations for the root causes of poor health, while recommending non-toxic methods for revitalizing and rebuilding ones immunity and constitutional balance. The approach uses nature to stimulate the body's own healing systems to effectively stimulate an internal healing response.

Vitality and Balance
Our physical body is driven by our life force. Beneath and within the surface of the body's visible mechanisms, breathing life into each cell and tissue system is our vital life force. Wellness is the condition where our life force is exerted throughout our body in a manner balanced with nature's environmental forces. Are we working against nature or with it? Our activities either create or disturb this balance, and balance brings about well-being. A departure from well-being begins when the vital force and body act in conflict with nature. This can be caused by environmental toxins, dietary toxins, stress, nutritional deficiencies, and/or a general lack of interaction with the forces of nature. These conflicts create internal disharmony, causing a weakened constitution and the inability to adapt to further stress. The result is a vicious cycle of imbalanced metabolism and reduced immunity.

  • Diet is the honoring of one's individual needs with nurturing foods nature provided in whole form with as minimal processing as needed to allow for assimilation
  • Nutrition is the determination of dietary factors needed for effective physical well-being and balanced metabolism
  • Lifestyle is the balancing of activities that promote spiritual wisdom, service and compassion while sustaining the needs of the physical body
  • Death is the natural journey of the living spirit or vital force out of the body at the time intended
